How long does installation take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks from site assessment to first treated pour. The compact unit installs at your plant with minimal civil works, and our team manages the process end to end.
Does it require new mixing equipment?
No. Sonocrete is a bypass system. It treats part of the mix before it joins your normal batching, so your existing equipment stays in place.
What plant types are compatible?
Precast and ready-mix plants are both a good fit. We confirm the details during the initial consultation.
Can we run a trial first?
Yes. We can supply pre-treated slurry for you to test in your own lab before you commit to installation.
What support is included?
We support you through installation, mix optimisation, and validation, and we stay on call once you are live.
